The application would aware of the public about various types of “Driving Licenses”, detail info in English and Urdu about the license, how it can be obtained and the requirements necessary. It would bring ease in the life of citizens, paying challans would get simpler, and citizens would get traffic alert and would easily be able to plan driving routes as per the traffic situation.
There is another feature in the App called Traffic Update. Through this feature, citizens would get information on traffic routes before they start their journey. They can easily avoid high traffic areas using the App.
Through E-Challan an App also developed by PITB, people would find info about closest banks in the vicinity that can collect Traffic Fines.
The App would provide information to the users about Test Centers, License Centers, and Driving Schools as per the need of the citizen.
A feedback mechanism is also present as you can send feedback and suggestions about the App. Emergency calls can be placed and complaints related to traffic can be launched via the App. Candidates can apply for E-test as well using RASTA App.
The application is available on Google Play Store as well as on Apple Play Store.
